He has worked with national and international organizations, delivering high-impact communications, training, and marketing solutions across sectors including health, agriculture, and social development. At Goldstone, Solomon will drive strategic communication, partnership building, and creative solutions, strengthening enterprise visibility and stakeholder engagement in Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi.
Reginald Masawe

Mawazo Luchagula
Mawazo Luchagula has joined Goldstone Consulting’s Tanzania team as Lead, Business Development and Transaction Advisory. Mawazo brings a wealth of experience in the banking and investment sectors, with a career spanning key roles in relationship management, portfolio growth, and credit management. Most recently, he served as Investment Manager at SME Impact Fund in Arusha, where he successfully led initiatives to drive SME growth and enhance financial inclusion. With over a decade of experience, Mawazo has consistently demonstrated his ability to cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that drive profitability and sustainability. In his role at Goldstone, Mawazo focuses on advancing the firm’s agenda in Tanzania, with a particular emphasis on the Food, Water, and Energy Nexus. He will play a pivotal role in delivering business development and transaction advisory services, supporting enterprises and projects that align with Goldstone’s mission of driving sustainable growth and impact. Ben Kasozi
Ben is the Regional Relationship Manager for Goldstone Consulting, responsible for overseeing operations in Tanzania and Kenya. He brings over 7 years of experience in business development, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement across East Africa. His extensive work in both Tanzania and Kenya has provided him with a nuanced understanding of the region’s business environments and strategic growth opportunities. In his role, Ben focuses on operationally activating and sustaining Goldstone’s presence in Tanzania and Kenya, driving regional initiatives, and strengthening client relationships. His leadership will play a critical role in expanding Goldstone’s footprint, fostering new partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of key projects.
