Our Strategy

Last year (2022) marked the second year into our 5-year strategy. However, the past two (2) years presented challenges occasioned by Covid-19 pandemic and as such, we refined our strategic framework to cover the following areas that will define our work between now and 2025:

Our action areas are anchored onto our quest to be the thought leader in enterprise development – we aim to consolidate our offerings in technical and knowledge support in business development, transactional advisory, project management, specialized research and bespoke training to our clients in the public, private and development sector.

Alignment to International and Development Agenda

We contribute to the sustainable development goals (SDG 1, SDG 3, SDG 4, and SDG 13 that resonate with our priority areas) and the National development frameworks of Uganda (NDP III and Vision 2040), particularly on wealth/job creation through enterprise development

We purposely innovate and develop solutions aimed at building resilience in the enterprise ecosystem to navigate and adapt to the Covid-19 posture.

We intentionally build alliances and collaborate with like-minded organizations in the public, private and development sector, to build the enterprise ecosystem, to drive impactful solutions and achieve more than what we would have achieved on our own

Goldstone Impact Investment Foundation

Raising  investment and grant funding to  capitalise and scale businesses in the four core areas of Goldstone’s focus. These areas  have been consistently underfunded by the mainstream financial  institutions. We earnestly  seeks to ease access to finance
