Phillipah Elaete is a Business Analyst at Goldstone Enterprise, where she supports the delivery of programs that enhance SMEs’ investment readiness, strengthen business systems, and unlock access to finance. She plays a key role in conducting business diagnostics, financial analyses, and ESG assessments to help enterprises scale sustainably and attract growth capital.
Phillipah brings hands-on experience in enterprise development, investment facilitation, and project management, having previously supported agribusinesses and impact-oriented firms under the USAID Feed the Future Uganda Strategic Investments Activity. She is passionate about driving inclusive growth and empowering local businesses to achieve long-term sustainability.
