About Us
Goldstone is a multi-sectoral Enterprise Consulting and training firm based in Kampala, Uganda, with tentacles in Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, and Sierra-Leone through liaison partners. Our vision is to be the leading enterprise consulting and training firm in Africa and our mission is to lead the way in poverty alleviation through enterprise development
We provide Enterprise Consulting, Training and investment readiness services to our clients in the NGO, Impact Investment and private sectors. The company began operations on June 26th, 2012 and has since grown to inspire confidence and quality in the delivery of the aforementioned services.
Goldstone prides itself on being a firm of mid-to-top career professional consultants who work to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Our combined range of expertise includes; Research, Business capacity building, Impact Investment due diligence, Social Enterprise Acceleration and Investment Readiness (Planning, Implementation and support services). We deliver our services through full-time staff, Consultants, Mentors, and Coaches. Currently, we have a team of 12 research associates, 13 Consultants in different disciplines and 5 fulltime staff. With this setup, we are able to ramp-up and reduce activity without compromising on customer delight.

Since inception, Goldstone has been able to service African Agribusiness Academy, GroFin Uganda, Medical Credit Fund, Msingi East Africa, West Nile Holdings Limited, Anchor Africa, Mobipay Agro-sys, Arnold Brooklyn Limited, and many others.
Our leadership has been instrumental in the leadership and provision of services at; UNCDF, UNICEF, Real People Limited, EFC Uganda, GroFin, Standard Chartered Bank, Yunus Social Business, Private Sector Foundation, and many others. Our core staff complement has an average of 18 years of work experience, most of which were spent serving in the aforementioned institutions.

Goldstone Enterprise Consulting and Training
This entity provides enterperise consulting and business advisory services. It also offers Accelerator and Investment readiness services. In 2020, This entitiy started providing country representation services for international entities.
Goldstone Capital Advisers and Managers
Investment in Small and Growing Businesses opertating within our four focus areas such as, Agribusisness, Renewable Energy, Education, and WASH. These target the challenges of unemployment, environmental degradation, Health & literacy
Goldstone Impact Investment foundation
Raising investment and grant funding to capitalise and scale businesses in the four core areas of Goldstone’s focus. These areas have been consistently underfunded by the mainstream financial institutions. We earnestly seeks to ease access to finance.
